   Great mat – foamy and not slippery. Could be a bit heavier, but not as light as cheap ones. Can do hard exercises on hard floor easily. Recommend.

   Perfect. Also bring a rubber to keep it and transport it. It’s also something thicker than others i ‘ve seen, so it is but make it softer and more comfortable
