Xl is quite large. The pillow is well stitched, the bottom is made of waterproof material. Not very thick, but not quite thin.

The order arrived well packed and in perfect condition. The canine sofa/bed material, looks very good price. The sides of the S-3XL are a bit flimsy but my dog liked it from minute one. I would definitely buy it again.
